Marina Properties was founded in 2013 by Hassan Al-Rashidi, a former structural engineer who saw a gap in the market for a Dubai brokerage that put long-term client relationships ahead of one-off commissions. Twelve years later, more than 60% of our business still comes from referrals and repeat clients.
We deliberately stay small. Our team of nine — six senior advisors, two transaction coordinators and one in-house lawyer — handles every deal end-to-end. No call centres, no junior sales agents working a script, no pressure to close.
