Marina Realty was founded in 2013 by Hassan Al-Rashidi, a former Emaar leasing manager who became frustrated watching off-island agents misprice properties in towers they had never set foot in. He opened a single office on Level 28 of Marina Plaza with three colleagues. Twelve years on, that same office is still home — just with eight partners and an enviable rolodex of buyers from Riyadh to Singapore.
We sell across Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and Downtown Dubai, with selective off-plan partnerships at Emaar, DAMAC and Nakheel.
