Our Business IT service covers everything between your internet line and your staff's laptops. We handle planning, procurement, installation, configuration and ongoing support — so you have one number to call when something doesn't work.

1. Office networks & Wi-Fi

Wired networks (Cat6/Cat6A cabling), managed switches, business-grade routers and access points. We design Wi-Fi coverage maps so you don't have dead spots in the meeting room, set up separate staff and guest networks, and configure VLANs to keep finance data off the marketing intern's laptop. Compatible with du, Etisalat e& and dedicated fibre lines.

2. Business email & collaboration

Branded email on @yourcompany.com using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — set up properly with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your messages don't land in spam. Shared calendars, Teams or Google Meet, OneDrive or Drive for shared files, and aliases for departments (sales@, info@, support@) routed however you want.

3. Endpoints — laptops, desktops, printers

Procurement and setup of laptops, desktops, monitors and printers from suppliers who actually have stock in Dubai. New-hire onboarding kits, user account creation, software install, and central device management so you can wipe a stolen laptop remotely.

4. Security & access control

Business firewall configuration, antivirus / EDR rolled out across all endpoints, MFA on every account, password manager for the team, and clear policies for BYOD and remote access. We also set up CCTV integration and door-access where needed.

5. Backups & disaster recovery

Automatic daily backups of email, files and critical data — encrypted and stored in two locations (one local, one in cloud). We test restores quarterly so the day a laptop dies or ransomware hits, you're back to work in hours not weeks.

6. Ongoing IT support

Once you're set up, we offer fixed-price monthly IT support: a WhatsApp / phone hotline for issues, scheduled on-site visits, patching and updates, and quarterly reviews. No surprise hourly bills for restarting a router.
