One fake one-star review can cost a Dubai restaurant 30 covers a night. A jealous competitor leaving a fabricated complaint can scare off a clinic's next month of bookings. We've seen it dozens of times — a good business hurt by reviews that should never have been published.
Internext's Google Review Removal service is built for exactly that. We identify reviews that violate Google's policies, file the right complaints through the right channels, and pursue removal end-to-end. You pay only if and when the review actually comes down.
What we can remove (and what we can't)
Let's be upfront: Google doesn't remove reviews just because you don't like them. They remove reviews that violate their content policies — and most fake or malicious reviews do, when you know what to look for and how to argue it.
Reviews we can typically get removed
- Fake reviews from people who were never your customers (often left by competitors or ex-employees)
- Reviews with profanity, hate speech, threats or harassment
- Spam, off-topic rants, or copy-paste reviews posted across multiple businesses
- Reviews mentioning competitors, prices, or links in violation of Google guidelines
- Reviews left for the wrong business (wrong location, wrong service)
- Conflict-of-interest reviews from ex-staff or family members
- Extortion reviews where the reviewer demanded a refund or favour in exchange for changing the rating
What we can't help with
If a genuine customer had a genuine bad experience and wrote a fair review about it, we won't try to game the system — and honestly, Google won't remove it either. In those cases the better path is to respond professionally, fix the underlying issue, and earn 10 new five-star reviews to outweigh it. We can help with that too.
Got a review that's hurting your business?
Send us the link to your Google Business Profile on WhatsApp. We'll assess it for free and tell you honestly whether we can get it removed before you pay anything.

Removing a review properly isn't about clicking "Report" once and hoping. Google's first-pass moderation is automated and approves most reports without reading them. Real removal takes a structured escalation.
Step 1 — Free audit (Day 0)
You send us the link. We review the offending review against Google's policies, check the reviewer's profile and history, and tell you within 24 hours whether we believe we can remove it. No charge for this assessment.
Step 2 — Removal request (Day 1–3)
We file the policy violation report through the correct Google channel — not the public "Report review" button, but the Google Business Profile support pathways that route to human reviewers. We document every policy violation with screenshots and evidence.
Step 3 — Escalation (Day 4–10)
If the first attempt is rejected (and around 40% are), we escalate through a second support tier with additional evidence and policy citations. Most successful removals happen at this stage.
Step 4 — Final appeal (Day 10–14)
For tougher cases, we use a final formal appeal route with documented business identity verification. Around 80% of legitimate cases we take on are resolved within 14 days.
Step 5 — You pay (only after removal)
Once the review is gone, we send you proof and an invoice. If the review never comes down, you never pay a dirham. That's the deal.
Pricing
We charge per review, not per hour. The fee depends on how clear-cut the policy violation is — straightforward fake reviews are cheaper than complex defamation cases. Pricing is shared upfront before we start, with the same simple guarantee: no removal, no charge.
- Free assessment — always
- Fixed price per review, agreed before we begin
- Volume discounts for multiple reviews
- Bundle pricing if you also need GBP cleanup or new-review generation
Why pay-after-success matters
Most agencies offering review removal in Dubai charge an upfront retainer of AED 1,500–5,000 and then send you a copy-paste report on policy violations regardless of outcome. You pay either way.
We flipped the model because it forces us to only take cases we genuinely think we can win. If we don't believe a review will come down, we'll tell you on Day 0 — and we'll suggest a smarter path (new reviews, response strategy, or content marketing to push the negative review off the first page).
Beyond removal — protecting your reputation long-term
Removing a bad review is half the job. The other half is making sure it doesn't happen again. After a successful removal, we offer:
- GBP hardening — locking down your profile, owner verification, and notification settings to catch new bad reviews fast
- Review generation funnel — a WhatsApp / SMS / email follow-up that asks happy customers for a review at the right moment
- Response coaching — short, professional reply templates for genuine complaints so future negative reviews work for your brand
- Monitoring — monthly alerts for new 1-, 2- or 3-star reviews so you can act inside 24 hours
One bad review shouldn't define your business
Most cases we take on are resolved in under 2 weeks. Free assessment, fixed price, and you don't pay unless it actually works.
