These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website internext.info and the services provided by Internext Information Technology ("Internext", "we", "us" or "our"), a technology company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
Internext provides digital and IT services for businesses, including but not limited to:
- Website design & development — monthly website subscriptions from AED 100/month plus a one-time setup charge, with hosting, business email, SSL and a free .com domain (1st year) included in the monthly fee;
- Web hosting & domains — hosting, business email, SSL and domain are included in your monthly website subscription;
- AI SEO & generative engine optimisation — offered as a separate monthly managed service;
- AI tools & business automation;
- Digital marketing & search engine optimisation;
- Google review management & removal assistance;
- Business IT infrastructure & support.
Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for your project are confirmed in writing (by WhatsApp, email or a written quote) before work begins.
3. Website pricing, payment & billing
Our websites are provided as a monthly subscription. The price for each plan is made up of a recurring monthly fee (from AED 100/month) and a one-time setup charge (covering domain registration, hosting configuration, business email, SSL, on-page / GEO-ready SEO setup, and Analytics & Search Console setup). The monthly fee covers ongoing hosting, business email, SSL, your free .com domain (1st year), updates and support.
- The monthly fee and one-time setup charge are confirmed in your written quote before any work begins. There is no upfront payment for the standard build — your site goes live first, then your subscription begins.
- Billing cycle: the subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically each month until cancelled. The setup charge (where applicable) is a one-time charge billed at the start.
- Cancel anytime: there is no lock-in. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid month. If the subscription is cancelled or a payment is not made, hosting and the associated services may be suspended or discontinued. You may still request export of your content and a transfer of your domain.
- Your domain, content and website files belong to you once paid for in full (see section 8).
4. Setup charge & ongoing updates
The setup charge is a one-time charge covering the initial design, build and configuration work. It is clearly stated in your quote before you commit, and is generally non-refundable once design or development work has commenced.
Ongoing updates are included in your monthly subscription, according to your plan (for example, Business includes 4 updates per month and Premium includes unlimited minor changes). Larger features or custom development beyond your plan's allowance are quoted separately and confirmed in writing before work begins.
4a. AI SEO & managed services
AI SEO & generative engine optimisation is a separate, optional monthly managed service and is not bundled into the website subscription. It is offered on a recurring monthly basis from AED 500 to AED 5,000 per month, with scope, deliverables and reporting confirmed in writing before the service starts. This monthly service may be cancelled with notice as agreed in your written engagement; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
5. "48-hour launch" guarantee
Where we advertise a 48-hour launch guarantee, the following terms apply:
- The 48-hour timeframe begins only once we have received all required content and materials from you (text, images, logo, access/credentials and any approvals needed).
- The guarantee applies to standard starter website builds; larger or custom projects have separately agreed timelines.
- If we fail to launch a qualifying standard site within the stated timeframe due to a delay solely on our side, we will apply the advertised remedy (such as waiving your first month's subscription fee).
- Delays caused by missing content, late approvals, third-party services, or factors outside our control do not count toward the guarantee.
6. Refunds
Our websites are billed as a monthly subscription plus a one-time setup charge. The setup charge, and any work already performed, are non-refundable once design or development work has commenced. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for any month already in progress; when you cancel, your subscription simply stops renewing at the end of the current paid month. Fees for the separate monthly AI SEO managed service are non-refundable for any month already in progress. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review it fairly and promptly.
7. Client responsibilities
To deliver your project on time, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful content and materials (text, images, logos, etc.) and the rights to use them;
- Respond to requests for information, feedback and approvals in a timely manner;
- Keep your account, billing and contact details up to date;
- Ensure that any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.
Delays in providing content or approvals may affect agreed timelines, including the 48-hour launch guarantee.
8. Intellectual property
Your content: You retain ownership of all content, logos, text and images you provide to us. You grant us a licence to use them for the purpose of delivering your services.
Our work: Internext retains ownership of its underlying code, frameworks, templates, design systems and tools. On full payment of all amounts due, you receive the right to use the delivered website and materials for your business. Until payment is received in full, all work and code remain the property of Internext.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Break any applicable UAE or international law;
- Distribute malware, spam or harmful content;
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of third parties;
- Host fraudulent, offensive, or otherwise prohibited content.
We may suspend or terminate services for any breach of this acceptable-use policy.
10. Third-party services
Our services may rely on or integrate with third-party providers (such as hosting, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics, advertising and AI platforms). These services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance or policies.
11. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internext is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, data or business arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant service in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
12. Modification of terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be published on this page with the "Last updated" date shown above. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
